Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional EHS Specialist to identify and manage workplace hazards, develop and drive health and safety programs, and train front-line leadership and staff. The role requires 3+ years in relevant fields, a college degree in EHS, OSHA 30-hour certification, and strong data reporting skills. Occasional travel will be essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety Management or similar field and OSHA 30-hour completion.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in industrial maintenance, distribution, manufacturing, or construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazardous conditions and drive risk reduction with stakeholders.
• Lead safety training, audits, policies, and safety culture initiatives across sites in the North Eastern node.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare Health and Safety Metrics reports (Site Scorecard, Trend Analysis, Observations & Behaviors).
• Monitor PPE use and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel regularly across the New England region (>50%).
