Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking an EHSS Senior Manager at the Thousand Oaks site. You will lead EHSS client management for Research and Non-clinical PD functions, and serve as the Global Radiation Safety Lead.

You will guide governance, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Radiation Safety Officers and site teams. Strong leadership in health physics, regulatory understanding, and program development are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with EH&S focus and related experience.
• Experience with US and California pharma/biotech regs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHSS Client Management for Research and PD Functions.
• Serve as Global Radiation Safety Lead for the site.
• Partner with EHSS teams to implement governance and programs.
