Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Consultant for its Advisory Services team. You will oversee EH&S compliance, develop robust safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and deliver client training across higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

You will manage onsite engagements at client sites in the Baltimore area, reporting to a regional EH&S Manager or Director, and contribute to our culture of growth, education, and continuous

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years' experience in an EH&S capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related scientific field such as biology, chemistry, or engineering.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience developing and delivering OSHA compliance programs.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Problem solver with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Possess valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client environmental, health and safety compliance with applicable regulations; manage licenses/permits.
• Develop and implement written health and safety programs (hazard communication, lockout/tagout, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments of work areas and implement control measures.
• Perform workplace safety inspections and observe safe work practices.
• Develop, deliver and manage client EHS training programs.
• Identify potential health hazards and support control measures.
• Investigate accidents, determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate safety issues with client personnel and recommend actions.
• Liaise with client account management to meet expectations and expand services.
