Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Consultant for our Advisory Services team in the greater Baltimore area, based from Glen Burnie, MD. You will lead on-site EH&S engagements, develop and implement programs, conduct risk assessments, and deliver training to improve client compliance and safety outcomes.

The role reports to a regional EH&S Manager or Director and requires independent work, strong time management, and the ability to work with diverse

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience in an EH&S capacity.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience developing and delivering OSHA compliance programs.
• Detail oriented and problem solver under pressure.
• Possess valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client environmental, health and safety compliance with applicable regulations, including management of licenses/permits.
• Develop and implement written health and safety programs (e.g., hazard communication, lockout tagout, confined space, fall protection, PPE, respiratory protection, electrical safety, hot work, machine guarding).
• Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with personnel to implement control measures.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and communicate with workers about safe practices.
• Develop, deliver and manage client EHS training programs.
• Identify potential health hazards and support control measures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Communicate with client personnel regarding safety issues and actions.
• Liaise with client account management to meet expectations and expand services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field
