Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Consultant to join the Advisory Services team in the greater Boston area, based from our Somerville, MA office. You will manage short- and long-term consulting engagements, develop safety programs, and drive client compliance for healthcare, education, life sciences, and industrial sectors.

The role requires 5–8+ years in EH&S, a Bachelor's in a related field, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience in an EH&S capacity.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client environmental, health and safety compliance with applicable regulations.
• Develop and implement written health and safety programs (hazard communication, lockout/tagout, confined space, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments of work areas and collaborate to implement controls.
• Perform workplace safety inspections and communicate findings to workers.
• Develop, deliver and manage client EHS training programs.
• Identify health hazards and support control measures.
• Investigate accidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate with client personnel regarding safety issues and actions.
• Liaise with client account management to meet expectations and grow services.
