Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Consultant for our Advisory Services team in the greater Baltimore area.

The role involves identifying EH&S issues and opportunities, delivering short- and long-term consulting engagements, and supporting client compliance programs on site at assigned locations from Glen Burnie, MD. Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in EH&S, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OSHA program experience, and strong

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience in an EH&S capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related scientific field such as biology, chemistry, or engineering.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience developing and delivering OSHA compliance programs.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client environmental, health and safety compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations, including management of licenses/permits.
• Develop and implement written health and safety programs (e.g., hazard communication, lockout tagout, confined space, fall protection, PPE, respiratory protection, electrical safety, hot work, machine guarding).
• Conduct risk assessments of work areas with hazardous or potentially hazardous processes and implement control measures.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections evaluating handling of hazardous materials and PPE per regulations.
• Develop, deliver and manage client EHS training programs.
• Identify health hazards and support control measure implementation.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Communicate with client personnel on safety issues and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with client account management to meet expectations and grow services.
