Job summary

The Senior EEO Title IX Compliance Investigator at Houston City College supports the Director of EEO Compliance by investigating complaints, analyzing evidence, and reporting findings in alignment with state and federal laws.

You will oversee intake, informal and formal processes, provide training, and coordinate with College administration on internal and external investigations. Travel to campuses for workshops is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Educational Psychology, Counseling or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or JD is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HR, Compliance or Student Services, with 2+ years in compliance/EEO/Title IX.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in establishing and monitoring EEO compliance programs and procedures.
• Oversee EEO case intake, investigation, informal/formal processes and training.
• Interview parties, collect evidence, and analyze data against policies and laws.
• Prepare written reports and coordinate with Administration and external investigators.
• Travel to HCCS campuses to provide presentations and trainings.
