Job summary

Inserso Corporation is seeking a Senior System Administrator to manage a hybrid Active Directory, Exchange, and Mobility environment for a large enterprise. You will lead ongoing improvements, monitor performance, and coordinate with vendor support on outages.

The role requires strong PowerShell skills, cloud experience (Azure/AWS), and M365 E5 proficiency. Expect collaboration across IT teams and proactive problem-solving in a government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen and able to pass DHS verification.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years providing system administration or similar IT support.
• 3+ years with PowerShell and hybrid on-prem/AzureAD/M365 environments.
• 2+ years managing cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and automation tools.
• Experience with M365 E5 features, Azure apps, SSO/SAML, MFA, PIM/JIT.
• Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate or M365 Messaging/Enterprise Administrator (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage EEDM infrastructure including AD, Exchange, and Mobility services.
• Oversee core Mobility Services infrastructure, hardware, software, and services.
• Provide MDM capabilities for device management and user controls.
• Support IT systems implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Integrate applications into the EEDM environment.
• Escalate issues and provide incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Lead outages investigations and long-term troubleshooting efforts.
• Create and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements to reduce incidents.
