Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Exchange Administrator to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DoD. You will manage on-prem Exchange 2019/2025 SE and M365 Exchange Online in a hybrid environment, perform upgrades, and ensure RMF ATO documentation.

You will work in a team, develop PowerShell scripts, handle incident triage, outages, and 24/7 operations, coordinating with cyber security for data protection. Strong communications and DoD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience required.
• DoD 8570/8140 IT certs at intermediate level or higher required.
• Experience upgrading Exchange and migrations to Office 365.
• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 O&M support for physical and virtual Exchange servers.
• Develop and run PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Manage Exchange Online in an Office 365/M365 hybrid environment.
• Document resolutions and root cause analyses for RMF ATO.
• Support 24/7/365 operations and on-call outages.
