Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Senior Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development for educators. The role emphasizes leadership in MTSS and assessment implementation, data-based decision making, and adult learning best practices, with extensive travel during peak season.

You will partner with school leaders, manage training records, and collaborate with Pearson teams to stay current on product releases.

Qualifications

Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree with five years' admin/assessment experience in preK-12.
Experience delivering professional development to educators.
Experience with test administration and scoring of benchmarks and progress monitoring.
Preferred: experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen.
Proficiency with educational technologies and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers via onsite and web-based formats.
Collaborate with Pearson internal teams on product updates and training materials.
Plan and travel independently as needed.
Assess and adapt training to meet customer needs.
