Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver training and professional development for educators, spanning onsite and web-based formats. The role emphasizes leadership in MTSS and data-based decision making, with extensive travel during peak season.

Ideal candidates hold advanced degrees in education and have experience delivering PD, administering assessments, and interpreting data to support school improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience with administration and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in a variety of learning formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 academic AND social-emotional benchmark and progress monitoring measures.

Responsibilities

• 60 % Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using a variety of learning mediums (onsite and web-based).
• 15% Collaboration with the Pearson internal team to stay up-to-date on product releases and training revisions; attend required monthly meetings.
• 15% Plan and travel independently.
• 10% Work with customers to understand specific training needs and make modifications to meet these needs.
