Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior Educational Consulting Administrator (731) to deliver high-quality training to educators, both onsite and online. The role emphasizes MTSS and assessment implementation, data-driven planning, and collaboration with school leaders to drive improvements.

The position is per-diem, part-time, with extensive travel during peak season (July–October). Excellent communication and adult-learning delivery skills are required, along with strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years of experience with administration and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats
• Test administration and scoring on preK-12 measures
• Familiarity with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred
• Expertise in educational technologies and data interpretation

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite and web-based formats
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training revisions
• Plan and travel independently
• Work with customers to understand training needs and tailor sessions
