Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior Educational Consulting Administrator (per-diem) to deliver web-based and onsite product training and professional development for educators. The role emphasizes MTSS and assessment implementation, data-based decision making, and collaboration with school leaders to improve systems.

The position requires travel during the peak season (August-October), strong written and verbal communication, and experience in adult learning delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years of admin and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 measures.
• Experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred.
• Expertise using educational technologies and supporting students/teachers in their use.
• Proficient in interpreting normative and criterion-referenced student data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite and web-based formats.
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team to stay up-to-date on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings.
• Plan and travel independently.
• Work with customers to understand specific training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
