Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development. This role emphasizes data-based decision making and adult learning concepts, with extensive travel during peak season.

Qualified candidates will have a master’s in a related field and experience administering assessments, delivering professional development, and interpreting data. This is a per-diem position requiring flexibility and travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in closely related field with five years of experience with administration and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 measures.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or web-based (60%).
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training revisions (15%).
• Plan and travel independently (15%).
• Work with customers to understand and meet training needs (10%).
