Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development for educators, with leadership experience in MTSS and assessment implementation.

The role requires excellent communication, adult-learning delivery, and ability to travel extensively during the peak season (July-October). Training covers diverse formats and Pearson products, on a per-diem arrangement.

Qualifications

• Master's in educational leadership or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s with five years' admin/interpretation of preK-12 assessments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Experience with test administration and scoring preK-12 benchmarks and progress measures.

Responsibilities

• 60% Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers (onsite/web).
• 15% Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training updates; attend monthly meetings.
• 15% Plan and travel independently.
• 10% Assess training needs with customers and tailor sessions accordingly.
