Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development. The role requires MTSS/assessment experience, strong communication, and adult-learning expertise, with extensive travel during the peak season (Aug–Oct).

The ideal candidate will handle data-based decision making, maintain accurate training records, and adapt PD sessions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in an education-related field with leadership or assessment focus.
• Bachelor’s degree plus five years in admin/interpretation of K-12 assessments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Experience with test administration and scoring of K-12 measures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers (onsite and web-based).
• Collaborate with Pearson internal teams on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings.
• Plan and travel independently for peak-season needs.
• Work with customers to identify training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
