Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator with leadership experience in MTSS and assessment implementation to deliver web-based or onsite training and professional development. The role emphasizes data-based decision making and adult learning concepts, with extensive travel during peak season (July-October).

Ideal candidates have advanced degrees in education and experience delivering PD to educators, plus proficiency with educational technologies and data interpretation.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years of experience with admin and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 measures.
• Preference for using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen.
• Expertise in educational technologies and supporting students/teachers.
• Proficient in interpreting normative and criterion-referenced data.

Responsabilidades

• 60% Deliver instructional product training to customers onsite or web-based.
• 15% Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings.
• 15% Plan and travel independently.
• 10% Work with customers to understand training needs and tailor sessions.
