Pearson is seeking a part-time Senior Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development for educators working with MTSS and assessment implementation. The role emphasizes data-based decision making and adult-learning strategies, requiring travel during peak season.

The successful candidate will have a master’s degree or a strong bachelor’s with experience in administration of assessments, plus proven PD delivery skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of admin and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 measures.
• Experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred.
• Expertise using educational technologies and supporting students/teachers.
• Proficient in interpreting normative/criterion-referenced data.

Aufgaben

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers (onsite and web-based).
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings.
• Plan and travel independently as required.
• Work with customers to understand and modify training to meet needs.
