Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator with leadership experience in MTSS and assessment implementation to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development.

The role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills for adult learners, plus willingness to travel extensively during peak season (August–October). This per-diem position emphasizes data-based decisions and collaboration with school leaders.

Qualifications

• Masters in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in closely related field with five years of experience with administration and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in a variety of learning formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 academic AND social-emotional benchmarks and progress monitoring measures.
• Direct experience using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, and/or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred.
• Expertise in using educational technologies and in supporting students and teachers in their use.
• Proficient with interpreting normative and criterion-referenced student data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite and web-based formats.
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team to stay updated on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings.
• Plan and travel independently to support training programs.
• Work with customers to understand training needs and modify sessions accordingly.
