Job summary

CrossFit seeks a Senior Product Manager, Education to own product strategy and execution for Education, including learner experience, course registration, content authoring and delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Education leadership to align roadmaps, translating educator and learner needs into a clear vision and prioritized backlog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.
• 7+ years of product management with digital products.
• Experience in education technology, credentialing, or learner growth.
• Familiar with learning standards like SCORM/xAPI.
• Proven success launching and improving products with measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Design and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Education product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Evaluate build, buy, or replace options for legacy platforms.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to scope initiatives and sequence work.
• Support launches with GTM, training, and adoption plans.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success.
