Job summary

CrossFit is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Education. You will own product strategy and execution for CrossFit's Education line, including the learner experience, course registration, content authoring and delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing.

This is an hands-on, individual contributor role: you translate the needs of Education leaders, program owners, instructors, and learners into a clear product vision, roadmap, and priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment connecting customer needs to strategy and outcomes.
• Experience with education technology including LMS, content authoring, credentialing, and learner-facing experiences; growth funnel knowledge desired.
• Ability to define meaningful funnel metrics and use experimentation to guide decisions.
• Experience navigating legacy systems, vendor integrations, and data fragmentation; make informed migration trade-offs.
• Strategic, resilient, and responsive; able to turn feedback into decisions quickly.
• Able to prioritize investments and make difficult trade-offs in constrained resources.
• Skilled at uncovering underlying problems behind requests and maintaining relationships.
• Collaborates closely with Engineering and Design; understands modern software development.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Education aligned to business objectives.
• Establish clear goals, KPIs, and regularly evaluate performance against outcomes.
• Use insights, analytics, trends, and data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Balance learner experience, business impact, and technical investment; communicate trade-offs.
• Partner with Engineering/Design to scope initiatives and sequence work across quick wins and new capabilities.
• Support launches with go-to-market, training, and adoption plans with stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross-cutting platform capabilities like data privacy, localization, and marketing enablement.
• Lead lifecycle management improvements from discovery to iteration.
