Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr. Digital Customer Education Specialist to own premium and paid HR education programs, including certifications and cohorts.

You will shape the topic roadmap across HR and AI topics and lead flagship learning experiences with measurable outcomes for customer value, adoption, and monetization. You will collaborate with Marketing, GTM, Customer Success, Product, and CX leadership, mentor teammates, and build scalable curricula with analytics-driven iterations to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, or digital learning.
• Advanced instructional design and adult learning expertise.
• Experience with learning analytics and applying education outcomes to adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the premium and paid HR education portfolio end-to-end.
• Shape the topic roadmap across HR practice areas and AI capability.
• Lead major education programs with measurable outcomes tied to customer value and revenue.
• Design multi-layered learning experiences that drive behavior change and adoption.
• Build and direct the SME model and scalable curricula.
