Job summary

BambooHR seeks an in-office Training Facilitator to lead onboarding and ongoing CX enablement. You will deliver engaging instructor-led sessions, blend digital and AI-assisted modules, and coach learners to build confidence and job proficiency.

You will monitor progress, document outcomes, and partner with CX leaders to continuously improve materials and learner experiences, ensuring alignment with BambooHR values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructor-led training, enablement, or onboarding.
• Ability to lead training cohorts end-to-end.
• Data-informed mindset with performance signals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and skill-development for CX roles using instructor-led and AI-assisted modules.
• Create an inclusive learning environment applying adult learning principles.
• Coach and assess learner proficiency with feedback and AI-assisted insights.
• Document progress and cohort health in Wrike and training systems.
• Monitor cohort health with LMS data and training metrics; intervene as needed.
