You will manage a portfolio spanning software that underpins curriculum design and delivery, including assessment services, content rendering, and third-party integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management, business analysis, or similar role, preferably in educational technology or SaaS.
• Ability to synthesize and prioritize needs of multiple stakeholder groups
• Convert data points into an actionable plan that meets end-user needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience implementing Agile Software Development practices

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and priorities for platform capabilities
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs through direct interaction or feedback analysis
• Build rapport with business owners, engineering, and stakeholders
• Draft business cases with defined business value and success metrics
• Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability) are met
• Evaluate and share product performance and KPIs
• Communicate product vision clearly to all stakeholders
• Lead change management activities when needed
• Work with research teams to measure and improve product efficacy
• Stay current with industry trends and AI developments
• Experiment with AI to streamline discovery, planning, and delivery processes
