Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Editorial Project Specialist for our Editorial Services team. You will manage publications-focused projects and client content review, leveraging Datavision or iEnvision to drive on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Science/English degree, 2+ years in medical/healthcare communications, and hands-on experience with review-management tools such as Datavision, iEnvision, PubStrat or Veeva PromoMats.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, English or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in a similar database management role in a fast-paced medical/healthcare communications agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with review management systems such as Datavision or iEnvision is essential; familiarity with PubStrat, Veeva PromoMats, Zinc, Content Lab is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Oversee client content review processes, including development, review, and submission of publications, ensuring timelines and SOP compliance.
• Manage client review workflows using Datavision or iEnvision, coordinating submissions and updates.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to manage specifications, schedules and communications for project delivery.
• Handle permissions acquisition and digital content updates, including journal and congress submissions.
• Liaise with clients, review software vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows.
• Assist in training and onboarding junior team members and promote best publication practices.
