Springer Nature is seeking an Associate/Senior Editor for BMC Nephrology and BMC Endocrine Disorders in a hybrid role based in New York or London. You will manage editorial handling, guide content development, and build strong relationships with the Editorial Board and internal teams to ensure high-quality, impactful publications.

Mansioni

• Develop journal development strategy for BMC Nephrology and BMC Endocrine Disorders.
• Collaborate with Journals Group to support publishing strategies.
• Identify, commission and develop reviews, collections and supplements with the community.
• Oversee editorial handling of manuscripts ensuring rigorous scientific standards.
• Lead Editorial Board discussions on strategy, recruitment and policy updates.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and engagement of Editorial Board Members.
