Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist in the Miami/Tampa area with a Top Secret clearance to support FBI-related matters and legal holds. The role blends advanced eDiscovery technology with strong legal insight, in a fast-paced government-focused environment.

You will monitor evolving laws, advise on ESI preservation, and ensure systems are validated and compliant. A BS/BA is required, JD is preferred, and U.S. citizenship with clearance eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support with client solutions.
2+ years with Relativity beyond document review.
U.S. citizen; ability to obtain security clearance (active preferred).
Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Monitor changes to laws that impact civil and criminal litigation to determine their impact on FBI Discovery policies and procedures.
Monitor the commercial industry to determine new technology or best practices for FBI Discovery.
Verify proposed solutions meet the underlying need and deliver new capability.
Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil/criminal matters and FOIA requests.
Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing legal hold custodians and ensure preservation.
Update and/or create SOPs for the ETA role.
Provide strong technical and legal background on eDiscovery applications.
