Job summary

Sheehan Phinney is seeking a Litigation eDiscovery Specialist to work with attorneys and clients across the litigation lifecycle, focusing on ESI collection, processing, and production. You will use Reveal and other tools to support accurate, defensible workflows while coordinating multiple matters and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal tech in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Reveal or similar eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection, preservation, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
• Load, process, index, and manage document productions using the Reveal eDiscovery platform.
• Support attorneys and staff in the effective use of litigation support technology.
• Maintain secure, accurate, and legally defensible eDiscovery workflows.
• Coordinate multiple matters while meeting critical deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation.

About the Role

As a Litigation eDiscovery Specialist, you'll work with attorneys and clients to manage electronically stored information (ESI) throughout the litigation lifecycle. Whether you’ve been exposed to litigation in a professional setting, eDiscovery, technology, and/or have document review experience, this role offers the opportunity to make an impact while continuing to build your career.

What You'l​ll Do

• Help manage the collection, preservation, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI), including emails, documents, text messages, databases, and audio/video files.


• Load, process, index, and manage document productions using the Reveal eDiscovery platform.


• Support attorneys and staff in the effective use of litigation support technology.


• Maintain secure, accurate, and legally defensible eDiscovery workflows.


• Coordinate multiple matters while meeting critical deadlines.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation, and innovative thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
