Job summary

Plona Partners seeks a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager to lead eDiscovery efforts and manage complex litigation matters. You will advise attorneys on discovery strategy, staffing, and budgets, while overseeing vendors and defensible collection across multiple data sources.

You will mentor junior staff and partner with leadership on strategy, technology, and operations, including analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and cross‑border considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in litigation support or paralegal work.
• Three years in a senior analyst or project-management capacity.
• Four-year degree required; JD or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, organization, review, and production of information with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and vendors.
• Manage discovery across multiple data sources including email, M365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, social media and mobile data.
• Oversee case content/database administration on Relativity, Nuix Discover, Everlaw and similar platforms.
• Direct technology-assisted review, analytics, and generative AI‑assisted workflows.
• Lead review workflow setup, processing procedures, and production processes.
