Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as an eDiscovery project manager in a large firm environment preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters.
• Customer service orientation with attention to detail and process management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple eDiscovery matters.
• Serve as primary contact for attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors.
• Plan, budget, and deliver eDiscovery activities including data preservation/collection/processing.
• Quality check productions and data deliverables; ensure compliance with specs.
• Maintain internal tracking logs and follow Information Governance procedures.
