Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee complex litigation projects. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors to manage multiple matters, ensure adherence to playbooks, and optimize the eDiscovery workflow.

You will drive plan development, monitor milestones, and report on data processing, reviews, and productions. A strong background in RelativityOne and analytics is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with case teams to evaluate eDiscovery needs and develop project plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet milestones.
• Identify risks and mitigate them.
• Leverage technology to create efficiencies and cost savings.
• Maintain project tracker and document review protocols.
• Lead vendor communications and bid processes.
• Perform quality control on vendor work and productions.
• Monitor spend versus budget and alert on overages.
