Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee the eDiscovery process across matters, coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors. The role requires regular collaboration with case teams across offices to manage multiple matters and ensure adherence to Goodwin’s best practices.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in eDiscovery, RCA certification, Brainspace certification, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in eDiscovery.
• Relativity RCA certification required; Brainspace certification preferred.
• Experience with large-scale ESI review and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with case team to develop an eDiscovery project plan.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet milestones.
• Identify risks and mitigate them.
• Lead vendor bidding and selection.
• Perform quality control on vendor work and productions.
