This remote opportunity supports collaboration with senior leadership across multiple engagements, shaping processes and client service strategies. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex eDiscovery matters.
• Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Significant experience with Relativity or RelativityOne.
• Proven success managing large-scale litigation support projects.
• Experience serving as a primary client contact on strategic engagements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching project managers is preferred.

Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to help lead the delivery of complex eDiscovery engagements while serving as a strategic advisor to clients and mentor to fellow Project Managers.

This is more than a traditional Project Manager role.

You’ll manage sophisticated litigation matters while helping shape how Trustpoint delivers exceptional client service across multiple engagements. You’ll work directly with clients, partner with internal leadership, mentor project managers, and play an active role in improving processes, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Lead Complex eDiscovery Matters

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex eDiscovery projects, from project planning through production and closeout
• Develop defensible workflows, project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication strategies
• Anticipate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful client outcomes
• Oversee quality control, reporting, and delivery while balancing multiple active matters

Serve as a Trusted Client Advisor

• Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic guidance
• Lead client meetings, status updates, workflow discussions, and business reviews
• Understand each client's legal, business, and operational goals while delivering exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and improve service delivery

Drive Operational Excellence

• Partner with leadership to improve workflows, resource planning, and service consistency
• Analyze project trends and recommend process improvements
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client or project issues

Mentor & Develop Others

• Coach Project Managers on client communication, workflow strategy, and project execution
• Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned across the team
• Support the continued development of Trustpoint's Project Management organization

What We're Looking For
