This role focuses on leading the eDiscovery Project Management team, ensuring project delivery excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of eDiscovery project management experience, a strong understanding of the EDRM model, and proficiency with relevant platforms. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management.
• Expert-level understanding of the EDRM model and litigation workflows.
• Deep hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, or similar review tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide the eDiscovery Project Management team in project delivery.
• Act as a senior escalation point for project issues.
• Implement best practices and quality control measures across the PM group.
• Collaborate with various teams for seamless service delivery.
• Provide strategic input to improve workflows and client outcomes.
• Participate in client meetings, proposals, and project planning.
