Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 5+ years of eDiscovery program management experience including end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, RelativityOne, Nuix, or equivalent) and the EDRM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the eDiscovery Transformation Program end-to-end: define the roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation with judgement.
• Define technical requirements and drive design reviews for vendor integrations and data pipelines.
• Lead the evaluation, piloting, and procurement of AI-powered tools for document review and analytics.
• Own the vendor strategy: manage partner program, RFPs, rate cards, SLAs and quality standards.
• Drive alignment across legal, engineering, and vendors; develop narratives and business cases for leadership.
