Job description

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Analyst, eDiscovery to drive the strategy, adoption, and practical application of artificial intelligence across its litigation practice.

This critical role will serve as the strategic bridge between AI technologies, and litigation teams, transforming emerging AI capabilities into high-impact, actionable solutions for complex legal matters. Combining deep technical fluency with a strong client-service mindset, the successful candidate will design, implement, and scale innovative workflows that address common eDiscovery and litigation challenges. A key focus of this role is accelerating firm-wide AI adoption and capability evolution. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with attorneys and operational leaders to implement pilot initiatives, measure performance, and continually refine the firm’s eDiscovery suite to maintain a cutting-edge, commercially focused advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the eDiscovery department’s AI enablement workstreams, transitioning concepts and pilots into practical, scalable solutions for litigation teams.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to attorneys and business services leaders, designing and deploying AI-driven solutions, managing feature rollouts, and coordinating with external eDiscovery vendors.
  • Establish deep subject matter expertise in eDiscovery AI capabilities, acting as a trusted authority on tool configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Track user feedback, adoption metrics, and emerging use cases, translating data into strategic recommendations for workflow optimization, training, and software development.
  • Evaluate emerging AI and legal tech tools for functional viability, security, and strategic fit, driving implementation for vetted solutions.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, reference guides, and enablement programs to promote the effective and responsible use of AI across the firm.
  • Partner with eDiscovery Project Managers, Knowledge & Innovation Attorneys, and IT teams to align adoption strategies with broader organizational goals.
About You

You will be an accomplished legal technology or eDiscovery professional with a proven track record of implementing generative AI, natural language processing, and advanced analytics within complex legal environments.

You will bring strong project management capabilities and technical expertise in industry-standard platforms (such as Relativity and Relativity aiR), combined with the ability to translate intricate technical concepts for partners, senior stakeholders, and non-technical audiences. Experience gathering end-user feedback, analyzing usage trends, and delivering engaging training resources will be essential to your success.

You will excel at building trust quickly with attorneys while balancing high-level innovation with meticulous attention to detail. You will be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable managing shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment, and energized by the opportunity to shape the future of legal practice.
