Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring timely delivery of data processing services and compliance with ESI specifications. You will coordinate with attorneys and support staff, supervise a team of eDiscovery professionals, and ensure quality deliverables across the EDRM stages.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA or Analytics Certification preferred, and a strong background in

Qualifications

• Eight years of eDiscovery experience including processing, data culling, QA, and analysis.
• Five+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• Extensive Relativity experience; RCA or Analytics Specialist preferred.
• Knowledge of document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with litigation support tools such as LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office, LiveNote valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure timely, accurate task completion.
• Consult with attorneys on best practices for conforming to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specs and notify attorneys of any deficiencies.
• Keep the client informed on activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for lab cases and manage a team of eDiscovery professionals.
• Schedule work, assess requirements, assign tasks, produce progress reports, and perform QC of deliverables.
• Advise client attorneys, paralegals, and case managers on data collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production per EDRM.
