Iceberg is seeking an experienced eDiscovery and Information Governance Counsel to lead discovery workstreams in complex litigation and investigations. The role focuses on strategy, client advisory services, and collaboration with litigation teams rather than purely document review.

The candidate will draft ESI protocols, protective orders, and discovery motions while guiding information governance and privacy considerations across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• JD required and US bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years of substantive eDiscovery experience in law firms or equivalent practice.
• Strong experience managing discovery in complex litigation and investigations.
• Proven drafting experience with discovery motions, ESI agreements, and memoranda.

Aufgaben

• Lead eDiscovery workstreams across complex commercial litigation, regulatory matters and investigations.
• Develop and implement defensible discovery strategies, including preservation, collection, review and production.
• Draft substantive legal documents, including ESI protocols, protective orders, discovery motions and memoranda.
• Advise clients and litigation teams on discovery obligations, disputes and emerging legal considerations.
• Collaborate with litigation counsel, external experts and key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on information governance, litigation readiness and data privacy issues.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice development initiatives.
