Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Coordinator to support complex litigation, regulatory matters, and information governance initiatives. You will coordinate preservation, evidence management, review, and production activities, collaborating with GCO attorneys, auditors, case managers, outside counsel, and Discovery Services professionals to ensure efficient discovery execution.

The Project Coordinator will work with the Discovery Services team to provide strategic direction and oversight,

Qualifications

• Experience with one or more industry-leading eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and subpoenas.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Primary for status calls with matter teams to discuss strategy, activity, and deadlines.
• Apply and release holds according to matter requirements.
• Oversee archival or disposition of workspaces and locations.
• Coordinate with the Discovery Service Team for execution of tasks and custom workflows.
• Ensure quality and oversight of matter activities to meet EY standards.
• Prepare matter and portfolio level reporting and documentation.
