Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a skilled attorney to guide eDiscovery and Information Governance across global litigations.

The role involves developing workflows for Relativity and other platforms, advising stakeholders, and supporting negotiations with case teams. The candidate will work with teams across Information Governance, Data Protection, IT, and Compliance to implement efficient eDiscovery processes and train staff.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of eDiscovery law and jurisprudence.
• Experience managing eDiscovery in complex litigations and investigations.
• Ability to advise stakeholders on eDiscovery policies and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Managing eDiscovery in a portfolio of complex and global litigations & investigations
• Developing workflows for eDiscovery review platforms including Relativity and proprietary vendor platforms
• Incorporating eDiscovery data analytics tools into workflows (TAR, predictive coding, Early Case Assessment)
• Advising on eDiscovery issues that comply with policies, laws and regulations
• Providing support to case teams on eDiscovery negotiations and motion practice
• Assisting clients with updating internal eDiscovery workflows
• Working with Information Governance, Data Protection, IT, Compliance
• Identifying and escalating improvements to eDiscovery policies and procedures
• Serving as SME on eDiscovery topics and training clients
• Implementing custom workflows to reduce costs and speed evidence access
• Creating and refining ESI protocols, Protective Orders, review protocols and training guides
