EY in New York is seeking an experienced GCO eDiscovery Coordinator to support complex litigation, regulatory matters, and investigations. You will coordinate preservation, evidence management, review, and production activities, working closely with GCO attorneys, auditors, case managers, outside counsel, and Discovery Services professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of discovery experience.
• Experience with industry-leading eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and subpoenas.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead status calls with matter team to discuss strategy, activity and deadlines.
• Apply and release holds as required.
• Coordinate archival or disposition of workspaces and locations.
• Collaborate with Discovery Service Team to execute operational tasks and workflows.
• Ensure quality and compliance with EY standards across matter activities.
• Provide matter and portfolio level reporting and documentation.
