Job summary

EY in New York City, Washington, Dallas, and other U.S. offices seeks an experienced eDiscovery Manager to lead strategy, preservation, collection, review and production within the EDRM lifecycle.

You’ll guide complex litigation and investigations, leverage analytics and AI-assisted review, and collaborate with attorneys, case teams, and outside counsel to deliver defensible, high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of discovery experience, strong project and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 8–10 years of discovery experience.
• Experience advising attorneys on discovery strategy.
• Experience designing, testing, validating prompts for AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience leading complex, high-volume discovery matters.
• Advanced knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert on enterprise eDiscovery platforms.
• Leverage TAR and AI-enabled review workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead discovery strategy discussions with attorneys, case managers, and outside counsel.
• Advise on defensible review and production strategies.
• Design, develop, and validate AI prompts and review workflows.
• Develop keyword searches and production saved searches.
• Ensure compliance with legal and EY standards.
• Manage matter and portfolio level reporting and documentation.
