Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager to lead eDiscovery workflows, technology solutions, and operational processes from intake to final production. You will collaborate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient, defensible discovery in accordance with deadlines.

The role emphasizes leadership, Relativity expertise, data collection oversight, and QA of productions, with a billing target of 1,500 per year and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in litigation support, eDiscovery, or PM roles.
• 5+ years in a senior project management or operational leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of EDRM and Relativity operations.
• Experience managing multiple complex matters simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned matters.
• Manage discovery from intake through production and closure.
• Coordinate workflows among attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee electronic data collections and QA of productions.
• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled review technologies.
