Job summary

Waters Corporation is hiring a Principal Integration Specialist - EDI to deliver, onboard, and support B2B and EDI integrations across OpenText, Seeburger, and PunchOut platforms. You will partner with Customer Operations, Order to Cash, logistics, banks, and Procure to Pay teams to onboard customers and trading partners and serve as Level 2 escalation for incidents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on B2B/EDI implementation and operations.
• Experience onboarding and troubleshooting with customers/trading partners.
• Strong troubleshooting: log analysis, root-cause, transactions validation.
• Familiarity with AS2, SFTP, VAN protocols and connectivity security.
• Proficient with XML/JSON tools and EDI validation tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks across OpenText Trading Grid and Seeburger BIS.
• Provide Level 2 escalation for production issues and coordinate with MSPs.
• Troubleshoot EDI issues across O2C, P2P, logistics, and finance flows.
• Manage certificates, keys, and endpoints for secure connectivity.
• Validate mappings, enveloping, partner requirements, and backend behavior.
• Develop and maintain reusable mapping assets and onboarding templates.
• Support migrations to Waters OpenText platform with testing and cutovers.
• Contribute to regression, partner certification, and UAT activities.
• Collaborate with ERP, WMS, and SCM teams to ensure integrations align after changes.
