Job summary

RealTruck Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a Senior EDI Analyst to enable and manage EDI across multiple locations. You will design maps, manage B2B Integrator, and collaborate with trading partners to ensure seamless data exchange with ERP systems.

Responsibilities include onboarding new partners, setting up connections, prioritizing EDI projects, and maintaining documentation. Strong SQL/XML skills and automotive industry familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as an EDI analyst with mapping experience.
• 2+ years with ERP systems.
• 2+ years working with X12 documents; automotive experience a plus.
• 3+ years EDI development; SQL or scripting a plus.
• Experience with STEDI and B2B preferred.
• Familiar with XML files and standard EDI documents.

Responsibilities

• EDI design and setup: design and implement maps and interfaces for internal and external partners.
• Manage B2B Integrator application in a Windows Server environment.
• Set up and maintain the EDI Dashboard and monitor document processing.
• Collaborate with departments and trading partners to establish EDI connections.
• Prioritize EDI project queue with IT Director to ensure alignment.
• Provide training and support on EDI processes to internal and external users.
• Identify process improvements and automate EDI workflows.
• Document EDI configurations and communication protocols.
• Generate reports and analytics on EDI transactions and trends.
