Job summary

Radiant Logistics is seeking a Senior EDI Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and support of our EDI capabilities across transportation operations. You will lead requirements with stakeholders, translate needs into technical solutions, and oversee a team responsible for EDI mappings and integrations.

The role requires strong EDI/ERP system knowledge, experience managing delivery schedules, and the ability to coordinate with Delta ECS and trading partners in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in EDI, integration, or transportation systems, with at least 3 years in a management or team-lead capacity.
• Deep working knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and common transportation transaction sets (204, 210, 214, 990, 997, 856).
• Experience managing or working with an EDI/ECS platform (Delta ECS or comparable).
• Proven track record leading requirements-gathering with business stakeholders in a transportation, freight, or logistics environment.
• Strong communication skills bridging technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with Transportation, Operations, and Customer Service teams to define EDI needs (204, 210, 214, 990, 997, 856).
• Translate business processes into technical specifications and own the EDI roadmap.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal business units on EDI questions and issues.
• Manage a development/integration team and ensure delivery timelines.
