Job summary

Parts Town in Illinois is seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to lead end-to-end trading partner integrations, mapping, testing, and deployment within our EDI ecosystem. You will ensure data accuracy, adhere to EDI standards, and collaborate with ERP/WMS/CRM teams.

We value experience with Dell Boomi, X12, EDIFACT, and APIs, plus strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of EDI implementation, configuration, and mapping experience.
• 2-5 years of experience with Dell Boomi or equivalent middleware.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Warehouse Distribution processes.
• Proficiency with EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT, CXML, and flat files; SQL, scripting, and automation support.
• Experience defining and executing integration and user acceptance tests for EDI solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON/XML, web services and Boomi connectors.
• Advanced mapping skills using Boomi and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with partners, vendors, and customers.
• Experience integrating with Tier 1 ERP solutions; bonus for SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, API management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new trading partners (gather requirements, map, test, deploy).
• Design, build, test, deploy and manage EDI maps, partner setups, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with partner requirements and data accuracy across EDI transactions.
• Collaborate with business teams to lead integration initiatives (ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce).
• Participate in SDLC, change management, release coordination and regression testing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within Boomi environment.
