Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to enable and manage EDI across multiple locations, handling partner setups, requirements analysis, and translation/transmission between RealTruck ERP systems. The role includes design, testing, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure smooth EDI operations.

The ideal candidate will have substantial EDI development experience, ERP familiarity, and strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience working as an EDI analyst.
• 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
• 2+ years working with X12 documents; automotive industry a plus.
• 3+ years of EDI development; SQL or scripting a plus.
• Experience with STEDI and B2B preferred.
• Familiarity with XML and standard EDI documents.

Responsibilities

• EDI Design and Set Up: Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement new maps, business processes, and interfaces for intercompany and customer facing EDI.
• Application Management: Manage and maintain B2B Integrator application in a Windows Server environment.
• System Management: Set up, configure, and maintain the EDI Dashboard.
• Integration and Onboarding: Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, business analyst, and trading partners to establish EDI connections.
• EDI Document Queue Management: Prioritize the EDI project queue to ensure proper sequencing.
• Document Processing: Monitor processing of EDI documents and troubleshoot issues.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address technical problems related to EDI transactions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support on EDI processes and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the EDI system.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of EDI processes and protocols.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between departments and partners.
• Reporting: Generate reports and analytics related to EDI transactions and trends.
