Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to enable and manage EDI across multiple locations. You will handle partner setup, analyze requirements, and create envelopes, connections, and maps to automate data translation and transmission to RealTruck ERP systems.

This position will troubleshoot and maintain existing setups and trading partner relationships. You will collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure reliable EDI operations, monitor document exchanges, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as an EDI analyst with experience creating mapping documents.
• 2+ years with ERP systems.
• 2+ years working with X12 documents; automotive industry a plus.
• 3+ years EDI development; SQL or scripting a plus.
• Experience with XML and standard EDI documents.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain EDI maps and interfaces for intercompany and customer-facing transactions.
• Manage and maintain B2B Integrator in a Windows Server environment.
• Set up and maintain the EDI Dashboard.
• Collaborate with departments, customers, suppliers, business analyst, and trading partners to establish EDI connections.
• Prioritize the EDI project queue with IT leadership.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI documents such as orders, invoices, and shipping notices.
• Provide training and support on EDI processes to internal and external users.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in EDI.
• Maintain documentation of EDI processes and communication protocols.
