Job summary

ICBD Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to own eClinicalWorks configuration for Marquis MD and related sites.

The role spans clinical operations, IT, and admin workflows, with responsibility for templates, decision support, and integration health across multiple practice locations. The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians and leadership to translate operational needs into eCW configurations, manage complex issues, and drive governance across ICBD’s evolving

Qualifications

• Production ambulatory or multi-site eCW experience with configuration ownership.
• eCW certification in core modules required; Healow/Telehealth preferred.
• Experience configuring templates, dot phrases, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure eCW across Marquis MD practice sites with templates and security.
• Design and maintain dot phrases and templates.
• Manage HL7 interfaces and vendor relations.
• Lead requirements gathering and workflow improvements.
• Provide L1/L2 advisory and training.
